Shipping & returns

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

At Sanaa Roast, every bag leaves our roastery fresh, carefully packed, and held to an uncompromising standard of quality. Because coffee is a perishable, consumable product, we are unable to offer refunds on orders that have been opened or partially consumed.


However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will always make it right. Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@sanaаrоast.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue — and where helpful, a photo — and we will arrange a replacement or store credit promptly.


We are a small, purpose-driven roastery and we stand fully behind the quality of what we produce. If something is wrong, we want to know. Your experience with Sanaa Roast matters deeply to us, and we will never leave a genuine issue unresolved.


Please note that we are unable to accept returns of opened coffee bags for taste or preference reasons, as flavour is inherently subjective. We encourage you to explore our tasting notes and origin stories carefully before purchasing — and if you ever need guidance choosing the right roast, we are always happy to help.

We keep shipping simple and fair. All orders within Kenya are charged a flat rate of KES 350 at checkout — no surprises, no hidden fees.


Place an order over KES 4,800 and shipping is on us, completely free. Consider it our way of saying thank you for stocking up on something worth it.


Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days depending on your location. Nairobi orders are often faster. Remote areas may occasionally take a little longer — but we promise your coffee is worth the wait.


All orders are carefully packaged to protect the integrity of your beans from our roastery to your door.
