How do I place an order?

Simply browse our storefront, add your chosen coffees to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as mobile payment options. Checkout is handled securely through Paystack.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We roast to order and move quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee changes once roasting has begun.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are typically roasted and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location but are estimated at checkout before you confirm your order.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI-DSS compliant and uses SSL encryption across the entire checkout. We never store your card details on our servers.

Troubleshooting

My coffee arrived damaged or with a faulty seal. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that — this should never happen. Please email us at support@sanaаrоаst.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly, no questions asked.

I'm not happy with the taste of my coffee. Can I get a refund?

Specialty coffee can taste surprising if you're new to it — especially naturally processed lots with bold fruit flavours. If something genuinely tastes wrong or off, please contact us. If it's simply a matter of preference, we'd love to help you find a lot in our range that suits your palate better before anything else.
